The present edition of the Redefining Community in Intercultural Context Conference will focus mainly on the need for societal resilience, security culture and combat mindset training. Combat mindset is a requirement of the new configuration of the battlefield and of new conflict typologies, which highlight the cognitive dimension of the war. In addition, this topic resulted from the need to disseminate the research results within the Combat Mindset Training for Romanian Students (CoMind), 21-COP-0012, developed by “Henri Coandă” Air Force Academy in partnership with University of South-Eastern Norway (USN), USN School of Business, Institute of Business, Strategy and Political Sciences and the Association Military Psychology Society, Bucharest, Romania, financed by EEA Grants 2014-2021/ ANPCDEFP. Understanding combat mindset training can be achieved through inclusive education, both intercultural and security education.

Six editions of the Redefining Community in Intercultural Context Conference Proceedings have already been included in Clarivate Analytics (former ISI - Thompson Reuters) databases, Conference Proceeding Citation Index, Social Science & Humanities.
