INTERNATIONAL MILITARY ACADEMIC FORUM (iMAF)

Between 20 – 22.09.2021, a delegation from “Henri Coandă” Air Force Academy, a delegation consisting of Colonel Șandru Vasile and LTC Ștefănescu Daniel participated in the International Military Academic Forum (iMAF), organized by the Military Academy in Amadora, Portugal. The event was attended by delegations from over 30 institutions in Europe.

The event is aimed at strengthening, developing and exploiting synergies between the various military and civil institutions of higher education, both in the field of education and in the field of scientific research, development and innovation.

A significant moment in the event was the handing over of the Associate Professor Colonel Harald GELL, PhD – President of the European Initiative for the Exchange of Young Officers, the official invitation to become an honorary member of our academic community, by granting the honorary title of "honorary senator" of “Henri Coandă” Air Force Academy.
