PAPER SUBMISSION

Papers submitted must be supervised by at least one member of the University teaching staff

  • Access Conference web page at the following address: https://www.afahc.ro/ro/afastud2024.html

  • Push Paper submission button and Select REGISTRATION tab
  • Enters your email address and chose a password
  • Enters paper's title, uploads file(s)
  • Marks which conference section the paper addresses
  • Enters contact information
  • Enters co-author information
  • Receives confirmation screen which includes a paper ID and the size of the file uploaded
  • Receives notification email for acceptance or rejection (when review process is over)
  • Uploads camera ready version for accepted papers and registration form
  • Papers will be written in English using the template from the conference web page.
Conference main purpose
AFASTUD 2024 is organized to disseminate the students’ academic research. It also aims at identifying the most appropriate ways to spread, promote and render the students’ academic research results..
Event structure
AFASTUD 2024 will be structured in three parts: plenary opening; scientific papers presentations on panels; socializing events.
Participants
The participants attending AFASTUD 2024 are BA & MA students. They will not pay any fees.

Deadlines
Registration and submission of full papers for review – March 8th, 2024.
Notification of paper acceptance – March 18th, 2023
General Information
Each author has the right to submit maximum 2 (two) papers. Papers will be written in English, based on template. All the scientific papers will be peer-reviewed by the members of the scientific committee. The best papers will be rewarded and published.
