THE OBJECTIVE OF THE LANGUAGE CENTRE
- to train, develop and maintain the language skills of the military personnel participating in continuing language training programmes in accordance with the requirements and standards imposed by the international bodies that Romania is a member of, and set out by the language requirements for the military positions within the National Ministry of Defense;
- to assess the language level of the personnel working for the National Defense Ministry in accordance with STANAG 6001;
- to organize initial placement tests for the participants in the continuing language training programmes as selected by the beneficiaries;
- to design, validate and use assessment language tools;
- to manage logistics activities in order to ensure adequate conditions for the educational process.
